Primary Responsibilities
Artist Social Media Management
- Build out content calendars and schedule posts for a roster of active artists across all social channels
- Update artist social profiles to maintain current cycle imaging
- Constantly be researching new ways to grow social audiences across artist roster
- Build out weekly and monthly social media reports
Paid Advertising Execution
- Build paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
Email and Text Campaign Execution
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director in the execution of all email and SMS campaigns
Team/Artist Updates
- Coordinate with the Marketing Director to keep all active artists’ one-sheets/data sheets current with followers, consumption, etc.
- Record and share minutes with team, post meetings with artist managers, and all staff meetings
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Candidate should have a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms and how they work within the music industry – sounds, official audio, and other metrics.
- A working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Any other software experience a plus.
- Experience within the Music Industry a major plus.
- The candidate’s ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will prove to be helpful.
- An understanding that the ability to own and grow responsibilities given will be helpful.
