Digital Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Department

Primary Responsibilities

Artist Social Media Management

  • Build out content calendars and schedule posts for a roster of active artists across all social channels
  • Update artist social profiles to maintain current cycle imaging
  • Constantly be researching new ways to grow social audiences across artist roster
  • Build out weekly and monthly social media reports

Paid Advertising Execution

  • Build paid advertising campaigns across digital channels

Email and Text Campaign Execution

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Director in the execution of all email and SMS campaigns  

Team/Artist Updates

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Director to keep all active artists’ one-sheets/data sheets current with followers, consumption, etc.
  • Record and share minutes with team, post meetings with artist managers, and all staff meetings

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms and how they work within the music industry – sounds, official audio, and other metrics.  
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Any other software experience a plus.
  • Experience within the Music Industry a major plus.
  • The candidate’s ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will prove to be helpful.
  • An understanding that the ability to own and grow responsibilities given will be helpful.
