About the Centricity Fellows Program
The Centricity Fellows program is a 12-month, full-time, paid fellowship designed to provide hands-on experience within the Christian music industry. Each Fellow is placed within a primary department while also collaborating across teams to gain a well-rounded perspective of how music is created, distributed, and promoted.

Fellows participate in regular one-on-one mentorship meetings with department heads, as well as structured employee development opportunities, including industry training and skill-specific workshops. This program is designed to develop both professional and personal skills while providing a front-row view into the daily operations of a successful independent record label.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Fellow will support Centricity Music’s online marketing efforts across paid media, direct-to-consumer messaging, social media, and DSP artist profiles. This role will be heavily involved in executing advertising campaigns, managing digital communications, and tracking artist performance online. The Fellow will also help ensure Centricity’s video content and artist DSP profiles are optimized and up to date.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, with a passion for digital trends, online engagement, and supporting Christian music artists in reaching audiences around the world.

Responsibilities

Paid & Direct-to-Consumer Marketing

  • Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Support direct-to-consumer messaging, including drafting and coordinating approvals for email campaigns.
  • Execute text campaigns to engage audiences and promote releases.

Social Media Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly social reports summarizing content usage, views, and audience engagement across platforms.
  • Provide insights on performance trends for Centricity artists.

Video Content Audit & Management

  • Audit Centricity’s video releases to ensure all songs are represented by audio, lyric, or official music videos (OMVs) on YouTube.
  • Confirm that OMVs are live and properly displayed on artist profiles at Apple Music.

DSP Profile Management

  • Update artist images and release canvases for new projects and singles.
  • Use Spotify for Artists (S4A) to maintain and update profiles.
  • Manage updates through Distributor for Amazon, Apple Music, and Tidal artist pages.

Team Support & Collaboration

  • Provide assistance to the Digital Marketing Director on campaigns and projects.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and other departments to support digital initiatives.
  • Contribute new ideas for improving digital engagement and fan connections.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, DSPs, and digital advertising tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in digital marketing and fan engagement.
  • Comfortable working with Christian faith-based artists and creatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Open to, recent graduates and/or individuals exploring a career in the music industry.
  • Candidates with prior marketing or music industry experience are welcome, but the program is also designed for those eager to learn.
  • Passion for music, curiosity about digital trends, and a willingness to take initiative are essential.
