(August 14) Centricity Music artist Lauren Daigle was honored with five Gospel Music Association Dove Award nods last week, taking the lead in artist nominations, alongside Zach Williams. Daigle is up for Songwriter of the Year, Song of the Year (“Come Alive”), Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year (“Come Alive”), Christmas/Special Event Album of the Year (Behold), and Rock/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year for “Hard Love,” her collaboration with NEEDTOBREATHE.

Acoustic Project Recorded at Historic Capitol Studios
NASHVILLE, TN. (August 14) Not many artists can claim they’ve sung into the same microphone as Frank Sinatra. But Jordan Feliz isn’t most artists. Earlier this year the Dove-winning singer-songwriter recorded an acoustic session at Capitol Studios in Hollywood, as part of its One Mic One Take series. Now Centricity Music will release those recordings as an EP September 8.

NASHVILLE, TN. (August 1) They may be new to the scene, but For All Seasons is already making an impression within the Christian music community. Having signed with Centricity Music earlier this year, the four-person band released their first single, “Higher,” in July and will continue to roll out more singles in the upcoming weeks. Clarity, their debut EP through Centricity, is set for a January 2018 release.

Centricity Music’s Lauren Daigle took home two Billboard Music Awards last night. Named Billboard’s Top Christian Artist (she was nominated last year in the same category) Daigle also won Top Christian Album for the second year in a row with How Can It Be. Daigle was also nominated for Top Christian Song (“Trust In You”). The Billboard Music Awards were held live in Las Vegas from the T-Mobile Arena and aired on ABC.

It was announced earlier this week that Centricity Music’s Lauren Daigle has been nominated for three Billboard Music Awards: Top Christian Artist, Top Christian Album (How Can It Be) and Top Christian Song (“Trust In You”). No stranger to the BBMA’s, Daigle won last year for Top Christian Album (How Can It Be), which is nominated again this year, and this is the second consecutive year for Daigle to be nominated for Top Christian Artist.

Hailing from Southern California, the band comes to Centricity after 10 years of making music together, impacting listeners as worship leaders and songwriters.
